Gang, I quickly found that winning the ARRL SS from GA was almost impossible. I won the SS Phone 3 times from SW MS and W5WMU was operated remotely from OR and won the CW SS. Even the move 140 miles NW in MS made it impossible. Good luck es 73 Dave K4JRB Ex K5MDX prior to late 1973.
