[SECC] Important Update for the 2020 Georgia QSO Party

The new came out this afternoon that the state of Georgia is 
implementing a stay at home order due to the large number of COVID-19 
virus cases in Georgia. This order is effective starting Friday April 
3rd, 2020. I have made a decision that mobile operations will NOT be 
allowed in the 2020 Georgia QSO Party. Multi-Op operations will ONLY be 
allowed if remote operation technology is used that will allow social 
distancing.
