[SECC] Announcement 2020 Ohio QSO Party

A reminder that the Ohio QSO Party is coming up on Saturday August 22 
from noon till midnight EDT. There will be lots of activity from Ohio 
and in spite of Covid there will be several mobile operations taking 
place plus home stations, EOC stations and rovers.

Also the State QSO Party Challenge is going on full bore so your score 
counts TWICE once for OHQP and once for the Challenge!
