[SECC] Thank You Southeastern DX Club

I don't have an email for anyone at the Southeastern DX Club so I'm 
posting this here because there's probably someone on the email 
reflector that's both a member of SECC and SEDXC. Thanks your the 
donation for the GQP webpage hosting. I'm paid up for hosting the 
GQP/SECC sites and domain renewals until late 2021. I have $118 leftover 
in my PayPal account to renew both for 2021-2022.
