[SECC] cqww zone preload

Andrew,
I pretty sure it doesn't preload you zone based on your call sign. I did
a test in N1MM Logger+ and it preloads my call in zone 5 not zone 4. I
though it might be MASTER.SCP or MASTER.DTA but both of those file
contain only call sign's that are used by Super Check Partial. There is
probably a hidden file somewhere in N1MM that has this information. The
people who support N1MM probably update this regularly. I bet if you
posted a question on the N1MM user group
(https://groups.io/g/N1MMLoggerPlus) someone there would probably know
the answer to your question.
