[SECC] SECC Activity Map and Club Circle

My e-mail to Neal in reply to his e-mail also bounced.  In order to 
count for the club (excluding some exceptions for multi ops and 
DXpeditions), you have to both live inside and operate inside the 
relevant circle.  Neal, can you give us a good e-mail address? 73, John,
