[SECC] Facebook Pages

Today I created a SEDXC and a Southeast Contest Club Facebook page.  They
are available to all to see, including non-FB subscribers.  To post there
you must be subscribed to FB.  There is nothing on the pages yet - these
are placeholders hedging against loss of the titles to anyone else.  The
"SECC"  title was already taken.

Anyone who wants to take these on as an administrator...please email me.  I
just holding them "in case."
