[SECC] Link to log into Groups.io

FWIW I support moving the SECC reflector to groups.io.  Great features, great performance, great tools for the admin.  No negatives.  NFARL and SEDXC have already moved to groups.io.

Count me in!

The thing with the @contesting.com reflectors is it's very primitive technology. Just about everyone else that had those reflectors with the exception of cq-contest and secc have moved. I'm not sure why cq-contest hasn't moved. I do work with eham.net which owns those reflectors and I can tell you they just recently have started updating their stuff. W4AN wrote those sites which is old 1980's technology.  The nice thing about Groups.io is that you can attach files and can insert media stuff in your emails. Contesting.com reflectors only allow text and no attachments.
