We still need some help filling in some of the counties on the activity 
map. This would be a great year to consider going on a rover trip since 
activity will still be high with people still staying home because of 
COVID-19. Also note we have the new Portable category if you don't want 
to put antennas on your car. If you going to be FIXED, ROVER or PORTABLE
