Great to see that you have participated in our GQP again this year! I hope<br>

In last year's GQP, you won the CW Only - DX QRP category for our QSO party.<br>
Winning first place in this category also wins you a nice plaque for that<br>
effort. On June 16, 2006 I mailed you the plaque for the DX QRP category. <br>
However unfortunately yesterday that plaque was returned to me as 'not<br>
deliverable'. In the shipping to and back from Romania, that plaque became<br>
badly scratched.<br>

So I am going to have another plaque made for you and then ship it to you <br>
again. This should happen in the middle of May. I have your mailing address<br>
which I obtained from QRZ.com so please let me know if the QRZ.com address<br>
is NOT correct.<br>

I'm very sorry for the delay Aleca, hopefully this shipment will be much <br>
quicker!<br>
