As per our constitution, I am now putting the proposed circle up
for an on-line vote....you can respond to me directly if you want your
vote secret, or you may reply directly back to the reflector...the time
frame for a tally of votes will be 2 weeks.....I would like for each
member to take the opportunity to look at the data, and make a decision
on this proposal....Vote deadline is Oct 11th at noon.....I along with
Bill Coleman AA4LR will tally the votes and post the results by the
12th.... <br>
