Further discussion with folks put the 'BY Band Mults' thing off the table.  Too much.

 

The other rule changes are minor, and will be implemented:

Add 6/160

DC separated from MDC.

VEs relisted per RAC

All paper logs OK for awards

Rovers can submit a home station entry separate from the rover entry

   -If no home county contacts were made from the rover  (confusions in scores)

Splitting Mixed logs redefined to prevent 3 entries from one log.

 

A few other very minor wording changes.

 

Not much really,  web changes in soon.
