Jeff,  et.al.,

Due to the full implementation of Hiram Percy's Maxim (The number of conflicts on a contesting weekend is directly proportional to the operator's interest in the contest), my plans have changed..

I'll be active on Saturday only as a rover, with plans to take GA highway 9 North out of Roswell/Alpharetta in North Fulton and make my way through Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, Fannin and Gilmer counties spending a hour or two in each one and returning down 515/I-575 through Pickens and Cherokee.

My wife/pilot will be graciously loaning me her Town and Country mini-van as a ground plane for the Hustler mast with a 20/40/75 candelabra that serves as my primary home antenna when perched on the filing cabinet with the mag mounts.  I'm excited to be using the antenna as intended!  I'll be taking the TS-450SAT and will be primarily SSB @ 100W on 20/40, but I'm planning to take the second laptop and an interface so that I can take a stab at BPSK-31 if I get hoarse and can see activity on the waterfall.  If I'm not home before dark, and things are slow, I'll try to tune up 75 for a few contacts.

Thanks to NE4S for operating tips in a PM, any others are welcome (needed) as well.

Scott, KB4KBS
