My submission to this reflector has been to raise the level of awareness, to let other hams know that this bill is out there.....I read about it first in my online version of the Griffin Daily News, and it was rather short of any detail....I hope I have raised the awareness of each ham on this reflector by making my post....whether or not I am "stupid" I leave that to my wife who is my greates critic....de Rick NQ4I
