I’m fairly new to contesting on 160M (two years) and would like your tips on how the propagation is this time of year for the ARRL 160M CW Contest.

I need 4 states to WAS on 160M. Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming. When is the optimal time during the evening to work these states?
