Please join me in welcoming Tony Dougherty, KF4WUI as the SECC’s newest member.  Tony has been licensed since 1998 and is somewhat new to contesting.  He has always enjoyed working Field Day and Special Event stations, but most recently, ran the Georgia QSO Party with another ham.  He plans on upgrading to General Class in the very near future.  He is currently running a Kenwood TMV7A for mobile use and the Icom MKIIG at home.
