Hi Folks,

Getting ready role here in a few minutes so I can get to my launch point down in Johnson County a little early.

For others like Jeff that would like to work GA counties, but are very close-in.............I will run N4A in every county on 80 meters just after I run 40.  Plan is to put my little peanut whistle on 3551.5 kHz.  I am not really planning on winning this thing so I have the luxury of covering a lot of bands.  Order will probably be 40, 80, 20, 15, 10.    My 6 meter antenna bit the dust so I unfortunately will not have 6 meters unless I can get it going before the I leave.  I will see what I can do in the next hour or so.

This should really be a hoot!  Good luck everyone and be safe.

Subject: [SECC] Please remember your neighbors

I am so sorry I am having to miss the historic event, but plan on lending my support here from home. Just a reminder, it is hard to contact you guys in Georgia from the neighboring States on 20 meters. Please use 40 meters from every county you operate mobile, if possible. Even try 80 meters during the day if you can. I know the fact that 20,15, and 10 may be better than it has been for a long time, but the fact of possibly getting all 159 counties in the log is exciting. All stations, Good Luck !
