I intended on posting this last night, but got busy with other things. The SECC Wednesday Night Net is going to change format just a bit, as to get a little bit more interest and participation. Every week there will be a pre-announced topic of conversation, and at least one expert on the net to talk about the topic. Check in's will be taken from 9:00 to 9:10 and discussion after that. 

   This weeks topic will be: Building an efficient Contest/DX station on a budget.
