Great point, we really should look into doing this in an upcoming year for Field Day. 

By the way…I must have missed the email with the slate of new SECC officers that were elected a few weeks ago at the Atlanta Hamfest.  I was at the hamfest but guess I missed the meeting announcement, and then never wandered over to the “barn” around 11 am for the gathering.  Can anyone tell me who’s in the new head shed of the SECC now?

Has anyone in the SECC ever applied to allow us to be a HQ station (W1AW/4) in IARU?  Seems like it would be possible if someone tried ,considering the Arizona Outlaws have only been around for a few years. It would be a great club activity and we certainly have a few big stations in the club to be worthy of the privilege.
