A friend and neighbor of ours here in SC will be working part-time based out of Atlanta and is looking for a rental home in the Atlanta area near the intersection of I285 and I85, e.g. in the North Decatur/North Druid Hills area.  They would like to rent a two bedroom, two bath house or townhouse, preferably furnished, for one to five years.  They are not hams but do have a 75 pound German Shepherd who will be coming with them on occasion.  The dog is very well behaved and trained and should not cause any problems.  If you know of a place that is available or have any suggestions, I would appreciate it if you would let me know and I will pass the info along to them.  Thanks for your help.
