I'm trying to work the MDQP.. My first Maryland QP.  It appears that the only way to work this contest is to find the Maryland stations sending CQ. I sent CQ a few times and worked a non-Maryland station... that station thought that I was in Maryland... Neither one of us received any points. MDQP at leasr give us 1 point for the try?
