If you have a Peanut Power Number (PPN), you will be worth 7 points;
all others are 3 points.  SPC (States,Provinces,Countries) are counted on
EACH band or mode worked, so jump around the frequencies/modes
shown in the rules each hour.  QRO stations: please <101 watts!
