Ok what am I doing wrong? I'm a RTTY novice. Using my K3 in CW to DATA mode. It has about a 4-5 second delay after I transmit. It says in the manual if I send IM it will cut that delay to 1 second. It's not working!!!

The people I'm working in NAQP RTTY probably think I'm a  lid !

Can someone help?
