The NCCC Sprint Ladder 26, now in week 4 of 7, is excellent practice for NAS CW even though not a clone of that contest.

30 mins of high-rate sprinting. .  1830-1900 PST Thur (0230-0300Z Fri) on 15, 20, 40, 80 and 160; 40 KHz up from band edge, but 1812-17 on 160, but avoid qrm to 160 DX.

Differences from NAS:
   -- mults by band
-- 1 KHz qsy rule in all cases.

Please, if you participate, report your score to 3830scores.com. And we welcome you to subsequent weeks.  Speeds are fast but participants slow down for new players.

Logging: use the NS module in N1MM or N1MM+, or the NAS CW in WL (you will need to re-compute your score)
