Interesting - the email I just received. It starts by saying "we apologize" for this email being late. It then goes on to say that since I am not within 1 KM of a power line using PLC, I am authorized to use 630 and 2200 meters. Okay! Meanwhile, I think by law they had 30 days to reply after which I was in the clear and they missed their date....but why push things?

I urge everyone to send in the permission email. Even if you never plan to operate there:

1. You might change your mind. For FT8 lovers - this is new fertile territory.

2. The more permissions granted the more we "lock in" those bands for our future use.
