Rename your file to K4BAI.txt and it will work. I had the same problem. I sent them an email and K9PG told me to do this.

Don't know if any of the rest of you has had a problem using the upload
program for the logs, but I did. I had N1MM+ create a file called
k4bai.log, as suggested by the rules. I filled out the form and
attached the file. I got a message that the format was wrong and was
not accepted. I tried again and it still was rejected. I have e-mailed
with KW8N, who looked at my log file and said there was nothing wrong
with it, but there was a problem with the upload page. I was told to
change the name of my file to k4bai.txt. I did and it was accepted OK.
If you got a message acknowledging receipt of your log, you need not re
submit.

Looks like our team SECC/SFCG did very well. I am sorry I missed the
first 65 minutes. Bad planning on my part caused me to get home late
for the contest. Thanks to all for your support and thanks to KG6MC for
my only SC QSO. I heard and called N4IQ on 80M, but Bill wasn't strong
and didn't hear me (or others) calling him. I did not get a GA mult
either. Skip was long even on 80M. I heard and called KU8E, but Jeff
was very weak and answered someone else. I know W4AQL, the GA Tech club
station, was QRV also as was N4PN. He said he was a member of the GCG
team, but so far he is the only member who has submitted a score. I
didn't see any messages about GCG getting up a team. I am still (I
think) subscribed to their reflector. Nice to beat Paul for the first
time in a very long time.
