Not ham related, but Congratulations on advancing Bill! That's a great reason to miss a FT effort.

Saturday was a bit too busy to put in a full time effort. Saturday morning, I successfully tested for 2nd Dan in Hapkido. After that, I was pretty much done for the day.

Sunday afternoon, I decided to hand out a few Qs. I was operating from the parsonage on Bolton road in Atlanta. This QTH only has a wire dipole in the trees at the moment, so that's what I used. The venerable K2/100 did yeoman service. I've been using the K3 so much in the past couple of years, I forget what a great little rig the K2 is.

Got on about 2000z. By then there was nothing on 10m, and 15m gave signs of closing.  20m was still pretty good, and I managed a short run there. Butthe money band is 40m. A ran for a solid hour on 40m. That was a blast.

Managed to get 70 of the 83 sections. Lots of fun handing out Qs.
