HELP! well microsoft did it again... latest win 10 update did something to PHOTOS and now I can no longer view any of my photos stored anywhere on my hard drive.... get an error message app could not open. tried looking at Photos from settings but only a momentary dark screen and nothing. Using VLC media player I can look at them but it is primarily a video player to complicated to use all the time. Any solutions or suggest another photo viewer.... don't need one to adjust photos just to see them. Thanks 73's Cort K4WI
