CWops Mini-CWT Test - 0300Z Apr 9 Call: K4BAI Operator(s): K4BAI Station: K4BAI Class: Single Op HP QTH: GA/USA Operating Time (hrs): 1 Summary: Band QSOs ------------ 160: 80: 84 40: 29 20: 15: 10: ------------ Total: 113 Mults = 105 Total Score = 11,865 Club: South East Contest Club Comments: Couldn't get much going for a run on 40M despite two clear frequencies. 40M band sounded good. HA8RM was quite strong. Went to 80 early only to find it covered with static crashes from a storm front that passed here about 4 hours earlier. Sorry and apologies to many who called and I couldn't get their calls under the QRN. 80 seemed weak to the north east US and eastern Canada. Two good things came out of the storm front. We needed the rain that came with it. And, in the process of disconnecting and reconnecting the zepp antenna that had been intermittent in returning to receive for a few days, I seem to have solved that problem, for now at least. Don't really understand that, but won't argue with success. Please join us for the Georgia QSO Party this Saturday. Noon to Midnidht EDT. The club stations of the sponsoring clubs (SECC and SEDXC), W4AN and W4NT will give you 100 bonus points to be added to your final score for each QSO with them. 73, John, K4BAI.
