In the WAECW contest, the European station requests the QTC after the exchange? (QTC?)  What do you send if you don't have any?  And if you do, you send something like QTC aa/bb where aa is a sequence number and bb is the number to be sent? You wait for an ‘r’ to begin then send them one at a time waiting for ‘r’ after each one?

I guess N1MM somewhat automates this.

We (stateside) only send QTCs—not receive them?
