Conditions were much better than during the summer SP, although I didn't hear any Europeans (but I went to bed long before European sunrise). Decent number of west coast grids in the log. My inverted L with 500 watts is good at getting the signal out, but I'm clearly not receiving as well as others. I had hoped for an opening to Japan at sunrise this morning, as earlier in the week I worked my first JAs on 160M (FT8), but conditions didn't seem as good as last night. Andy AA5JF
