My wife bought me the Inrad headset a couple Christmas's ago. https://www.vibroplex.com/contents/en-us/d9181.html . They're much better built than the Heil headsets. I think the transmit audio is as good or better than the Heil headset.

Bose Quiet phones.  Im using QC15s at the moment, but QC2 is another good one.  Expensive nw, but usually good deals on eBay.

For a mic, the mod mic made by Antlion.  Clicks right onto the side of the Bose phones with a magnet....
