Received a couple replies both here and direct. Thank you. Might be one out there, but no one yet knows of any available FM broadcast repeater type device. Guess I'll end up doing the manual work. 

In closing the thread, I'll mention we already have Amazon capability and know how much more is available via the internet. I at least know how easy it can be to use. Why it won't work for us here is really quite interesting and maybe worthy of its own, somewhat mystical, thread. It involves how I slowly learned there are core philosophical similarities between competitive Ham Radio contesting, martial arts, and modern contemporary abstract art.  I'd have never thought so, but apparently such a simple thing as learning to think technically, as we ham radio operators innately do, can affect how a painter creates her art. The seeking of the "no mind" state is shared by running ham operators, fighters, and artists. Who'd have thought. Because of that, my XYL would prefer to stick with the standard decades old technology she already is so familiar with rather than use new fangled ways to get better music, news, and commentary. 

I do a contest group newsletter, maybe I'll write that up in an article for it.
