[SEDXC] FR/T update

They are easy to work on 40 CW and 20 SSB but a problem elsewhere.   They
were on 3790 the other nite until 0200Z working W5
but they were just a whisper in the nightly thunderstorm QRN even with a
receiving antenna and 20DB pre-amp.  Sure made the Europeans
and South Americans loud...LU6FFL was 20DB over as was PY3CEJ on TX antenna.

They seem to work 40 SSB until 2330 or 0000 and although S6 to 7 they are
not cutting thru the QRN there.  F5JJX promises me they will work until 0200
but not yet.   The guys were excited on 28495 yesterday at 2330 but it was
KH6/N2OO not FR/T...So far I missed the 15 openings and today they were ESP
on 12 CW and below the S3 QRN on 18145 SSB.  I could read them 75% with the
KT34XA but on the 18 TX antenna they were just readable at times...several
guys did work them (probably have low QRN locations) but maybe the SF will
go up some more and they will be easy...but not so far.
