[SEDXC] W4DXI SK

Somehow I missed word that Clay W4DXI became a SK in 2000.  I had to read it
in the Winter
2000 QCWA magazine.

Clay was one of the very active SEDXC members being active in dxing and
contesting until the early 80's
He  was a regular attendee at club meetings and as I remember was a charter
life member of SEDXC
Clay was my competition in my first effort as K4JRB in 1974.  I ran into
Clay on the low end of 75 SSB on
several occasions the past several years.
