[SEDXC] Georgians win scholarships

Two college bound students from the Peach State won ARRL Scholarships
to assist in their education.

Wendy Musicer, KE4KCP, Alphretta, won the W4YFR Memorial Scholarship.

Beaver E. Eller, AA7LL, Franklin, won a $1000 scholrship from the
general fund.

Congatulations to both of these fine young amateurs.
