The following message is from Frank, W4RH.....


This is to let you know that I have appointed Bob Allphin, K4UEE, 
as the new SE Division rep on the DXAC, effective January 1, 2001.  

Bill and Tom, thanks for the interest you showed in the 
appointment, and the information you submitted.  You are both 
well qualified, and were recommended by several SEDXC members. 
It was hard to make a choice.
