[SECC] RE: [SEDXC] CQWW 160 CW Contest

Hey guys, SEDXC puts emphasis on the 160M contest; not on 10M.  I am not 
aware of a request from SEDXC for SECC members to sent in its scores to 
SEDXC.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think I'm as collaborative as the next guy but my score in the 10M and 
all contests other than 160M are going to SECC.
