[SEDXC] Still no 3Y0C on the bands needed

Well I have johnny on the spot for the last three 3Y0C operations on 17
meters (at 1400, 1730, and 1900Z) but there was no signal.
Its been years since I could not add band countries for active Dx Stations.
No luck on 12 or 40 meters either.   His signal on 3772 CW and or SSB was
339 at best.

I have heard him only one time the past 2 weeks  where he was S4 or better
(17 again) but he went QRT after 10 minutes.  Chuck was 57 on 10 and 20
early on, but even on 20 he is ESP now (any time).  Often he is working West
Coast (VA7DJ worked him on both 40 and 12 SSB with NIL here.

Must be an RF shield between Atlanta and Bouvet...glad I have it on 80, 20,
15 (Gus,,,) and 10.
