Guys-I am writing an obituary for the ARRL Webpage on Phil but I need
some help. The reminisces already posted are great but I need some more
facts. Anybody know when he was first licensed? Outside of the Navassa
trip did he do any other DXpeditions? How long a member of the SEDXCC?
Stuff like that. Need to get this in this afternoon.
