[SEDXC] NEW COUNTRY??

Today's Daily DX says that Kan and Jacky are on Pitcairn Island at the QTH of
VP6TC.   They are apparently investigating the possibility of Pitcairn becoming
a member of the IARU.  If that happens, then Ducie Islands could become a new
country based on current DXCC criteria.  73, John, K4BAI.
