Unfortunaly  Don Miller W9WNV and a few others went places they were not
back in the 60's so DXCC requires proof of license by virtually
everyone.   VP2MEG  must not have sent the ARRL and the DXCC desk the proof
so his cards don't count.  This got to the point in the 60's that K4IIF then
CQ magazine Dx editor operateed from KV4 (KP2 now) and they did not count
his QSLs.

At least they catch up with tricksters like Romeo and a famous W0 who
operated(?) from several African locations without leaving his room in
Dakar.

Maybe since people are getting back to VP2M someone else will operate there
..before the volcano it was easy....
