Based on the itineraries posted on the GQP website,
the following Georgia Counties have not been claimed
by mobiles:  

Appling  Bacon   Baker   Barrow   Ben Hill   Bryan

Bulloch   Burke   Chatham   Clayton   Coffee  
Columbia

Cook   Crawford   Crisp   Dooly   Dougherty Douglas

Effingham   Evans   Glynn   Harris   Houston   Irwin 

Jeff Davis   Jenkins   Jones   Liberty   Long

McIntosh   Muscogee Oconee   Peach   Pierce   Putnam

Richmond   Screven   Seminole   Talbot   Taylor

Terrell   Turner   Upson   Wayne   Webster   Wilcox

Within easy reach of Atlanta are three dual county
borders: Barrow/Oconee, Jasper/Jones, and
Putnam/Jasper.  If no one shows from those counties,
I'll give them a try on Sunday with my K2 and 20 meter
hamstick.

Within easy reach of Columbus are Talbot, Upson,
Crawford, Taylor, Peach, Macon and Webster.  K4BAI
will no doubt cover Muscogee and perhaps he can hit
some of the one's nearby not yet claimed.
