[SEDXC] Resend of WRTC competition info!

FWIW, this really is a very fun contest.  As you see below, it's both phone 
and CW and if nothing else you can hear the very best competitors in the 
world in head-to-head competition.  Get on the air July 13/14 and hand out 
some QSOs.  They will be grateful and you'll have a blast!
