[SEDXC] W4DXI re-issued to family member

For long time SEDXC Members, W4DXI has been re-issued to Clay G. (his son or
Grandson??).
Clay was a charter member of SEDXC and was active in contests and Dxing for
years.  He passed away several years ago.

I used to work Clay from Mississippi back in the late 50's and early 60's.
He gave up active Dxing about a dozen years ago and was very active on 75
SSB around 3805 in the early mornings.
