Hello all:

Here is a message from K4FCG about the upcoming Florida QSO Party in
April.  

We had hoped to change the GQP to an April date.  KD3UC seems to have
droppped off the ham radio radarscreen.  If he doesn't check in soon,
the GQP will be dead in the water.
