[SEDXC] GA License Tag Applic Deadline Date

I wasn't certain when the deadline for Ham Tag Applications was... 'til I 
applied for mine, form and license in hand, at one of the Cobb County 
satellite offices.

It is the end of THIS month (e.g. JULY - for those up past their bedtime) 
for Cobb County-and surely everywhere else in GA.
