[SEDXC] DXCC CHECKING AT ATLANTA FEST

The promo page for the Atlanta Hamfest was listing Bill Barr, N4NX as being
there to check cards.  He will not be there as he is in Italy.  However, 
Brennan Price, N4QX, will be with us from ARRL HQ and will be checking DXCC Cards 
at the ARRL Table. Sorry for the confusion on <A HREF="www.atlantahamfest.com">www.atlantahamfest.com</A>
