[SEDXC] A day late

Why is it that all the DX shows the day after we have an opening?   BQ9P is
shown on 15 and XZ7A on 17 but the bands above 20 are dead so far (1620Z 14
Oct).   Europe is working VK9CD and VK9XYL too.   I do have another shot at
BQ9P at 2230 to 0100Z on 15 if they are not operating RTTY or SSTV.   I may
try to horn in on the SSTV if heard.

The only YI heard yesterday was on 28520 at 1600Z yesterday but he was just
readable altho W1 to 3 were working him.  NADA on 12.
