Nope, not a dupe.  GA is only one mult, but you can work as many GA stations
as you want for QSO points, and every time a rover goes to a new county, it
is a 'new' station.

Question on working Georgia stations.

That I  can find, the rules don't mention this, but if you are a Georgia =
station, isn't it true that Georgia counts only once per band? If I work =
a rover from several different counties on the same band, isn't that =
considered a dupe?=20
